How it works

A focused growth program for one dispensary at a time.

We create a dedicated path from approved local outreach to the dispensary’s official checkout, then verify which new customers and qualifying sales came from the program.

01

Choose the opportunity

Start with a limited customer-acquisition channel.

Select a manageable outreach area such as approved private property, residential buildings, adult events, referrals, representatives, or a delivery zone.

02

Create the customer path

Give the dispensary its own dedicated customer website.

The site features only that dispensary. When customers are ready to purchase, it sends them directly to the dispensary’s official website or ordering system. We do not host the menu, cart, or checkout, and the customer never sees competing stores or a public dispensary directory.

03

Record the source

Identify how each customer was acquired.

We record the campaign, building, event, representative, referral, QR code, or other approved source and connect it to the customer’s dispensary account when possible.

04

Complete the sale

The dispensary controls the transaction.

The customer shops and pays through the dispensary’s official system. The dispensary controls products, prices, age and identity checks, payment, pickup, delivery, refunds, and required retail records.

05

Verify purchases

Match first and repeat sales to customers from the program.

Complete recurring customer and sales reports can support continuing tracking across agreed online, in-store, telephone, and delivery purchases. When complete reporting is unavailable, only purchases confirmed by program membership or a single-use customer code qualify.

06

Improve the program

Expand the channels that produce worthwhile customer revenue.

Owners can compare customer conversion, repeat purchasing, revenue, benefits, field costs, and overall acquisition cost by source.

A controlled first step

Use a 90-day pilot to test the complete customer journey.

Define the territory, spending limits, reporting method, and success standards before launch.
