This corporate website is intended for licensed dispensary owners, managers, technology providers, property representatives, and other business contacts. It is not a consumer cannabis-ordering website.

Business inquiry information

When you request an assessment, we may collect your name, business contact information, dispensary name, licensed location or service area, current business systems, growth priorities, and the message you submit. We may also record limited browser and network information to secure the form and reduce abuse.

Authorized customer and sales information

During an approved client program, authorized users may provide complete customer and sales records needed to match customers from the program and verify qualifying purchases. Records may include a customer name, dispensary account number, program member number, limited or masked phone and email information, purchase dates, items purchased, amounts, benefits, refunds, and the source that produced the customer.

The service is designed to avoid payment-card details, medical information, government identification images, and unrelated sensitive information.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate a potential pilot, match customers from the program, verify sales, support dispensary-authorized customer savings, review disputes, manage client relationships, improve the service, protect the business, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared with approved service providers, professional advisers, regulators, or business counterparties when reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect the business, or comply with law. We do not sell business inquiry information as a general consumer list.

Access, security, and retention

For any live client program, access to customer and sales information is limited to authorized users and the agreed customer-matching, benefit, reporting, payment, and dispute purposes. Before information is received, the parties must define safeguards, access limits, retention, backup, incident, and deletion responsibilities.
