No guarantee

No campaign is guaranteed to be approved, compliant, profitable, or successful. Live work requires a signed agreement, dispensary authorization, current review of the proposed activity, and a dependable customer and sales reporting method.

Performance fees and customer benefits

Any fee, qualifying-revenue definition, customer benefit, our role in selecting eligible customers, budget, restrictions, customer-matching process, reporting duty, and treatment of refunds or chargebacks must be stated in the signed agreement. Any role we have in selecting eligible customers or timing remains within the dispensary’s written authorization. The dispensary applies all savings through its own checkout.

Planning and reporting figures

Customer-source, qualifying-sales, fee, and estimated added-sales figures depend on the information provided by the dispensary. They are planning and operating figures, not audited financial statements, tax records, legal conclusions, or guarantees that a campaign caused every reported sale.

Client names and materials

Dispensary names, brands, websites, QR materials, and other client assets may be used only with appropriate authorization and subject to the applicable agreement.

Outside websites and business systems

Links or references to government resources, retailer websites, and outside systems are provided for convenience. Dispensary Growth Partners does not control their availability, content, security, or practices.
