The growth platform

A clear system for finding customers, verifying sales, and improving campaigns.

The platform gives owners and managers one place to see where customers came from, what they purchased, what needs review, and which growth activities deserve more investment.

01

Know where each customer came from

Record the campaign, building, event, representative, referral, QR code, or website that produced each customer.

Owner question

Which outreach source brought this customer to the dispensary?

02

Connect customers to purchases

Match customers from the program with the dispensary’s customer accounts and qualifying purchases without replacing the dispensary’s checkout.

Owner question

Can both parties verify this customer and purchase?

03

Review qualifying sales before payment

Review qualifying sales, customer savings, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate records, and the performance fee before an invoice is paid.

Owner question

Which sales qualify, what was excluded, and what is owed?

04

Campaign activity

Track approved locations, representatives, permissions, materials, customer contacts, registrations, incidents, and follow-up.

Owner question

What work happened, where did it happen, and what did it produce?

05

Estimate added sales

Compare campaigns, earlier results, or similar locations to estimate how much additional business the program likely created.

Owner question

Did the program add business, or merely identify customers who would have purchased anyway?

Two ways to verify sales

Choose a reporting method that both parties can trust.

The signed program clearly states which method applies before customer acquisition begins.

Complete recurring customer and sales reports

Verify all agreed purchases by customers from the program.

The dispensary provides a complete customer list and sales report for each period, or gives us view-only access to the agreed reports. This allows later online, in-store, phone, and delivery purchases to be checked without giving us power to change anything.

Program-member purchase confirmation

Pay only on purchases carrying program evidence.

When complete recurring reporting is unavailable, a program member number or single-use customer code confirms the purchase. Only those independently confirmed sales qualify for the performance fee.

Private owner reporting dashboard

Focus attention on decisions—not complicated reports.

The dashboard highlights missing reports, unmatched customers, sales needing review, expired permissions, benefit limits, campaign incidents, and the next required action.

  • Customer-by-customer purchase history
  • Qualifying revenue and fee calculation
  • Reporting schedule and view-only report access
  • Customer savings and single-use code controls
  • Campaign, representative, and location results
  • Downloadable review records

Use what the dispensary already has

Begin with dependable reports and add automatic reporting only when it improves accuracy.
